: I have been working in the Portland area since 2015. Many veterinarians know me as a frequent co-care giver to their patients and a collaborator in helping clients. With this in mind I am starting a new style of cardiology practice for Portland. I will provide diagnostic services by working with veterinarians in the area in their own hospitals and clinics.
I have been a veterinarian for well over a decade now. I graduating from the University of Florida in 2005 and was a rotating intern at Cornell University until 2006. I completed my residency training at the University of Missouri in 2010 and moved to Boston to expand a small cardiology service. After building that practice for several years I realized I was not getting what I needed from my community and relocated to Portland.
This was one of the best life decisions I have made. I have built a large practice here and have worked with most veterinarians in the area during that time. Recently I began thinking about other ways to practice cardiology and noticed a gap in the services provided in Portland. I am now hoping to move in a new direction and offer cardiac diagnostics to patients in an environment they are used to, their regular clinic or hospital.
